NOVAlert IVS

NOVAlert IVS develops biometric physiological and behavioral driver and pilot safety monitoring systems designed to be embedded in vehicle and aircraft seat cushions and seat belt tags. Its current multiparameter sensing platform systems will be commercially implemented by partner licensees.

NOVAlert IVS is seeking strategic and licensing agreements to collaborate on complete, real-time, end-to-end remote driver, pilot, and passenger multisensor platform monitoring, including systems-to-cloud with advanced analytics, a wireless smartphone communications gateway, and cloud data management for safer land and air transportation, including fast-lane high-occupancy vehicle (HOV) compliance.

NOVAlert was previously known as a pioneering project entity in carrying out R&D in driver and pilot monitoring in the U.S., Canada, and Europe with alertness and vital sign monitoring embedded in wrist watches, steering wheels, and contact-free seats.

Collaboration with NOVAlert will provide smart transportation partners with a shortcut to a suite of seat-embedded sensing technologies built on decades of robust experience and know-how in wireless physiological and behavioral disciplines, including medical-grade biometric monitoring platforms and products, smart beds, and covert polygraph chairs.
