N3Cure' CROSSITOL system, comprising of an additive and UV energy source, reduces the amount of raw material use by approximately 50%, enhances product performance, and improves the manufacturing process.
The CROSSITOL additive creates a crosslinking reaction when exposed to the inline add-on UV energy source, offering a more controlled and accurate crosslinking process which optimizes thermal and mechanical properties, enables converting to a single polymer, and achieves the desired depth.
The UV crosslinking device fits smoothly into existing manufacturing lines — reducing production time, water and energy costs, and carbon footprint.
