N3Cure develops and manufactures transformative additive masterbatches for the plastic industry. N3Cure' CROSSITOL system, comprising of an additive and UV energy source, reduces the amount of raw material use by approximately 50%, enhances product performance, and improves the manufacturing process. The CROSSITOL additive creates a crosslinking reaction when exposed to the inline add-on UV energy source, offering a more controlled and accurate crosslinking process which optimizes thermal and mechanical properties, enables converting to a single polymer, and achieves the desired depth. The UV crosslinking device fits smoothly into existing manufacturing lines — reducing production time, water and energy costs, and carbon footprint.
