This information is then transformed into simple, measurable values which allow anyone to view the users true value. MySkills lets users compare themselves with others and find out how to improve. Nowadays these evaluations often occur on search engines and social networks, but these formatsrun the risk of favoritism and opportunism,and often end up sidelining introverts and showcasing manipulators.
