About
MeterLive is a provider of location-based consumer insights and audience measurement solutions for out-of-home (OOH) and retail venues. The unique patent-pending technology is based on passive electronic measurement of mobile phones that are carried by individuals, which enables anonymous detection of consumers in any venue indoors and outdoors. MeterLive brings continuous data that is based on direct measurement of millions of people, not only small panels, which enables an unprecedented level of detail and insight. Unlike any other technology we can identify returning individuals and therefore report true reach and frequency across a whole network at the campaign level. We report standard audience measurement metrics in the language that advertisers and agencies speak. MeterLive developed passive electronic sensors that sense the cellular phones in the area and convert the raw-signals into meaningful information in terms of impressions and reach & frequency. The data is used to create rating reports, and can also be accessed in real-time through MeterLive's extranet. Our sensors can be adapted to any kind of OOH media and venue digital billboards, street furniture, malls, busses, and any place-based media or venue such as train stations, airports, etc.
