Menora Mivtachim Holdings Ltd. is one of Israel's five largest insurance and financial groups, managing over NIS 440 billion in assets. The group operates in all major insurance lines in Israel through its controlled subsidiaries, Menora Mivtachim Insurance Ltd. and Shomera Insurance Company Ltd., and is Israel's largest motor insurance group. Alongside its general insurance activities, the Group is also active in life insurance and health insurance. Additionally, the group manages pension and provident funds, and is involved in capital markets, finance, and real estate investments. The company was incorporated in 1935 and became publicly traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE) in 1982.
