Strawberry trials in Greece and Egypt reported positive economic returns; blueberry pilots in Peru are being run with a significant share of exporters and have shown advantages compared with sulfur dioxide treatments; mango pilots in the UK indicated an increase in salable fruit after ripening; and Israeli trials suggested reduced reliance on fungicides. To date, over 12,000 berry punnets have been shipped using LiVA’s technology. The company reports signed letters of intent, established teams in Latin America and South Africa, and regulatory clearance for commercialization.
