About

COB (Career on Board) is an AI-powered career navigation system that analyzes thousands of job postings in real-time to map market demands by roles and skills. The platform aims to enable data-driven career decisions, not guesses. It collects and analyzes job advertisements, identifies key requirements in each field, and maps users' skills by analyzing resumes or manual input. The system compares existing skills with market demands and suggests active job opportunities, identifies skill gaps, and recommends training to bridge those gaps. COB collaborates with local authorities, social organizations, and employment centers, providing community managers with a real-time employment overview. It also enables employers to find candidates based on skill mapping, even without posting a job, and to identify future talent. COB is a strategic partner of Cisco Israel and Mifal HaPayis, leading professional training projects with employers, municipalities, and social organizations in the Israeli economy.
