kVisi is a mobile app that allows customers to easily schedule dry cleaning, ironing, and laundry services in convenient half-hour time slots at the time and place of their choosing. Users can track the status of any order in real time from the moment of pickup until delivery. At the scheduled time, kVisi's service people will arrive with branded kVisi laundry and garment bags to pick up the load. The order is then immediately entered into the system and made viewable on the app. The customer's credit card is not charged until the completed load is delivered, at which time an invoice is sent to the customer's inbox.
