iPlan was founded in a small basement in northern Tel Aviv by two young and ambitious entrepreneurs, who wanted to bring technology and innovation to the event planning field. The company provides a system that supports the complex needs of event venues and other vendors, yet is simple to learn and operate. iPlan helps tens of thousands of events each year with tools for managing guest lists, seating arrangements, RSVP, statistics, guest transportation, automatic mailing and texting, and a “to do” list. Today, iPlan has moved out of the basement and into cool offices, but its vision remains the same. iPlan is a basic service provided by most venues in Israel to its clients.
