Gadot Group is an Israeli chemical company established in 1959 by the Johananoff family. It is a market leader in managing and operating across the chemical value chain, providing end-to-end services such as marketing and distribution to industries in Israel and Europe, procurement, marine transportation, storage, and delivery of bulk commodity chemicals, oils, and other industrial materials. The company operates several divisions including Trade and Distribution, Operations, and Marine. Gadot has a nationwide presence with four strategic sites in Israel, including two bulk marine terminals in Haifa Bay with direct ocean access, two terminals with a storage capacity of 64,000m³, a filling, packaging, and distribution production site, and a private laboratory. The company also has global branches and operations in Europe (Belgium, Germany, Holland) and North America. Gadot's services cater to a wide range of industries including food, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, fertilizers, textiles, plastics, electronics, construction, detergents, cosmetics, and hi-tech. The company is jointly owned by Tene Investment Funds and Value LBH.
