Fibrotex specializes in developing systems for camouflage, concealment, and deception (CC&D). The companys signature management systems (SMS) are effective against several types of sensors in the modern battlefield, including UV, visual, near-infrared, thermal-infrared, and radar. Fibrotex makes concealment and survivability systems for tanks, airplanes, and combat vehicles. The company also produces personal camouflage systems for a variety of terrain and multispectral inflatable decoys. Many of its products are developed in close cooperation with the Israel Defense Forces (IDF). Fibrotex has been a supplier for IDF in the CC&D domain for over 30 years. The companys newest product is the advanced battle dress uniform, which combines extreme-sports textile technologies, such as improved sweat evaporation, with custom-made visual and near-infrared camouflage features.
