Eco Wave Power's technology was named a pioneering technology by Israel's Ministry of Energy and an efficient solution by the Solar Impulse Foundation. Its project in Gibraltar has received funding from the European Union Regional Development Fund and from the European Commission's Horizon 2020 framework program.
The company was also the recipient of the Europe New Product Innovation Award by Frost & Sullivan in 2012 and a United Nations Global Climate Action Award in 2019.
