DYGO develops an autonomous post-harvest control system for fresh produce, focused on ripening and storage rooms. Its system combines a local controller, integrated sensing device, cloud connectivity, and machine-learning algorithms to collect real-time data from produce and room conditions, then automatically manage ripening or storage cycles.
