CityAll is an online platform for short-term rentals & management of municipal Facilities and Venues. Intended and designed for municipalities, CityAll enables immediate facility availability search and online facility booking.

Each and every city has numerous facilities that are not utilized to their full potential. These facilities range from various sport fields and facilities, parks, school classrooms and halls, conference rooms, computer rooms, event halls and more. These facilities can be rented out to citizens for various activities, inc. sports, private events, birthdays, educational groups & lessons (art, music, computers, etc.), extracurricular & afterschool activities, lectures and more. Some of these facilities can also be rented out at subsidized rates, depending on municipality policy. As these facilities are maintained by the municipality on an on-going basis, there are very little to no expected additional maintenance expenses. In many municipalities worldwide, these facilities are managed by various city departments (such as education, culture, sports, etc.) and may have different rental policies, prices, and contact people. Some municipalities do not have a clear rental policy and do not actively promote these rentals. Most current rental procedures are slow, manual and inefficient. Generating exact usage and revenue data is complicated and time-consuming. There is a need for an online platform that will present all existing facilities with all relevant details that are required for an online decision, outline date and time availability, quote rental price and terms, and enable immediate online booking, payment and confirmation.
