Each and every city has numerous facilities that are not utilized to their full potential. Some of these facilities can also be rented out at subsidized rates, depending on municipality policy. As these facilities are maintained by the municipality on an on-going basis, there are very little to no expected additional maintenance expenses. In many municipalities worldwide, these facilities are managed by various city departments (such as education, culture, sports, etc.) and may have different rental policies, prices, and contact people. Some municipalities do not have a clear rental policy and do not actively promote these rentals. Most current rental procedures are slow, manual and inefficient.
