CI Systems is a supplier of a wide range of electro-optical test and measurement equipment based on infrared spectroradiometry. The company has two divisions: a semiconductor division and an electro-optics division.
CI Semi, the semiconductor division, develops, manufactures, and markets process monitoring and control systems for the semiconductor, solar PV, LED, and FPD markets. CI offers noncontact wafer temperature monitors and wet process concentration monitors to OEMs and end users.
The companys family of noncontact temperature monitors (the NTM product line) incorporates real-time, same-point emissivity measurement and compensation, making them the ideal solution for in situ process monitoring. These range from conductivity and NDIR solutions for concentration measurement of simple chemistries to spectroscopic systems for measuring multiple constituents and residues in complex solutions.
CI's Electro-Optics (E-O) division develops and commercializes military standard E-O precision test equipment for all stages of the product lifecycle, including airborne built-in test equipment. The divisions products range from standard off-the-shelf instruments to customized electro-optical test systems.
