The company uses only natural ingredients flash-frozen at their peak for optimal nutrition for easy, instant, and wholesome blended sips and snacks, all made to order.
Blix sources the freshest ingredients possible and freezes them at peak harvest using individual quick freezing (IQF) technology. It then creates chef-curated recipes and places them into a space-saving pouch. Using smart sensors, the machine recognizes and perfectly blends each Blix recipe, and within two minutes a delicious smoothie, breakfast bowl, or spread is ready, with nothing to clean.
