Bio-Sense Technologies develops and manufactures a Dog Bio-Security System (DBS) that differentiates between ordinary barking and a threat signal. The DBS integrates with GPS and sounds a general alarm or contacts a mobile phone when a threat bark is detected. The two main applications of this technology are perimeter security and the monitoring of canine well-being and location. Bio-Sense has provided smart dog collars to clients including the Israeli Defense Forces, the Israeli Air Force, the Israel Prison Authority, and private businesses. In addition to security applications, the Bio-Sense DBS provides dog owners with peace of mind by supplying information on the health and safety of their animals.
