Bio Refine has developed an endovascular annuloplasty remodeling system, without an implant, for the repair of mitral and tricuspid heart valves.
The technology will offer treatment to patients who cannot currently be treated due to the high risk of open surgery.
The implantless solution offers multiple advantages. With significantly easier regulation, it uses a standard endovascular approach, and the procedure is safe, implant free, repeatable, and does not prevent ancillary procedures.
