About

Bikeable is an Android application for biking in Tel Aviv. Cyclists can use Bikeable to identify the optimal route to their destination. The app uses an algorithm that calculates the slopes and the percentage of bicycle paths on the users route, and features online turn-by-turn navigation with text-to-speech instructions. Bikeable will also help users locate the Tel-O-Fun bicycle stations closest to their origin and destination points and can display the number of bicycles at each station. Bikeable was developed by the NNYS Group in a Google Workshop course at Tel Aviv University.
