Avalon Scientific has been supplying Protocols Converters for seven years. We have converters for ARINC-429, RS-422, RS-232, MIL-STD-1553 with and without Discrete I/O Port. We can customize the conversion between different protocols so that systems connected to it don't realize that there is a conversion being done. This is perfect for already qualified systems when it is almost impossible to make changes without great cost and time necesary for the changes and re-qualification. The ASIU Protocol Converter has already been qualified. Avalon Scientific announces the first in a series of low-cost Mil-Std-704 compatible power supplies.
