Yigal Jacoby is the Chairman of the Board at Allot Communications and LiveU. Yigal co-founded Allot in 1997 and served as Chairman until 2008 and CEO until 2009. After retiring as CEO, he invested in several different startups. Mr. Jacoby also founded Armon Networking, a manufacturer of RMON-based network management solutions, which was sold to Bay Networks in 1996. He briefly served as the general manager of Network Managing at Bay before founding Allot. Prior to Armon, Yigal was Director of Marketing for Tekelec from 1985 to 1992. In 2016, Yigal was named Chairman of the Board at Allot after an 8-year hiatus from the position.
