About

Women of Startup Nation (WOSNA) is a four weeks progrem, hosted at Google for Startups, dedicated to accelerating the success of female-founded companies in Israel. The companies accepted to the program must have at least one female founder. Participation in the acceleration program is free and it does not take equity. The accelerator will benefit mostly early-stage companies that have an MVP and/or are looking to fund-raise in the next year. This program gives the companies participating in it access to leading venture capitalist, founders, and operators. The program also offers access to a network of like-minded entrepreneurs and inspirational women - a community that extends beyond the length of the program. The curriculum in the acceleration program is focused on company-building and fundraising. The mentors and speakers involved in the program are experts across the ecosystem, from leading companies, VC's and corporates. This program was created by the Women of Startup Nation community that began as a project for sharing the stories and showcasing role models of women in technology in Israel.
