The community also wants to help people who are just starting out and want to re-train to work in the technology sector. The Reboot - Startup Nation is backed by Israel's leading technology companies and investors. The initiative was started by Sophia Tupolev-Luz, a Russian/American three-time ex-pat in Israeli tech, and Ariella Raviv, an American/Israeli tech executive and investor based in Israel.
