About

A Hub for Revenue and Business Operations Leaders and Experts at Hi-Tech Companies

The Optimizers community was founded for operations leaders in the Israeli Hi-tech industry, as a hub for sharing innovative ideas and knowledge regarding all aspects of operations. Revenue operations are a critical and essential function in the execution of the various processes and strategies in the organization. Operation leaders work together with management on translating the companys strategy into processes, and to enhance the teams productivity and efficiency to increase the organization's profits and revenue. The optimizers are the ones who take the GTM Plan and help to implement it broadly and across the business units in the organization. In other words, RevOps or BizOps leaders are assisting with setting goals and defining each departments metrics for success through methodologies, workflows, data collection, analysis, and process optimization. This way, revenue operations leaders build automation and tailor-made processes to improve the organization users experience and produce the most effective customer journey for an internal business unit or the end customer.
