Shamrock has over 20 years of experience and over $350 million invested capital. It is looking to acquire majority / significant protected minority positions in private / publicly traded companies. It typically makes equity investments in the range of $5 million to $20 million in generally established companies with positive cash flow, no pre-revenue companies.
