We empower Naval Academy Alumni ('Hovlim') as a meaningful community and social force in Israel. We operate several mentoring programs, a startup accelerator, professional meet-ups, and events - all focused on social impact and entrepreneurship. We operate like a startup - our online and offline operations merge into what we call 'Community-as-a-Service'. Vector is an eco-system and program for Israeli Naval Academy Alumni (Hovlim), established by Migdalor - the Israeli Naval Academy Alumni Association. Vector provides early-stage startups with a 16-weeks program covering all aspects of building a successful start-up - combined with direct access to the diverse and exclusive human-capital of the alumni community. Our community includes proven and successful entrepreneurs, senior executives, investors and longtime industry experts. All of these combined provide the tools needed to be able to build a successful venture.
