Horizon Capital (formerly known as Oryzn Capital) is a Tel Aviv-based early-stage venture capital firm, founded in 2012 by Yaniv Jacobi and Lior Segal. We specialize in supporting Israeli-founded startups in Software, AI, and subscription-based companies. With a portfolio of 20 investments, our investments have yielded 2 unicorns, 4 successful exits, and 6 companies advancing to Series A or beyond.
