Ga2Tech is a technology business accelerator. It is a joint venture between the Kiryat-Gat municipalitys youth department and Maof, the operational arm of the Ministry of Economy and Industrys agency for small and midsized businesses.
The program provides participating entrepreneurs with a professional support package, accompaniment, and guidance in establishing their venture and promoting it toward the target market, while also helping to locate customers, cooperation, and investments.
Ga2Tech is located in the Kiryat-Gat Tnufa Youth Center Innovation HUB and is open to entrepreneurs from the general population who have a technological business idea and have not yet raised over $100,000 from external investors or from another governmental program.
The program ends up with a demo day when the entrepreneurs will have the opportunity to present their projects to industry professionals, high-tech companies, investors, venture capital funds, and other interested parties.
