embARC Ventures is a boutique healthcare investment firm and startup launchpad dedicated to accelerating transformative solutions in Health. It is a joint venture of Sheba Medical Center, Ilex Medical and ARC Innovation. The program selectively invests in a small cohort of startups each year, providing $250,000 in early-stage funding. Beyond capital, companies receive structured access to healthcare advisors, personalized mentorship from experienced VCs and industry professionals, and market entry support through a global network of hospitals and clinicians.
Participants are offered one year of office space at Sheba, enabling close proximity to clinical environments and access to a concentrated HealthTech ecosystem. The program also facilitates investor engagement through a U.S.-based roadshow, designed to support follow-on funding and institutional partnerships.
