CatalystIL is the fifth community managed under the Israeli Innovation Institute, which is an NGO, founded to accelerate Israeli innovation that faces global challenges. CatalystIL is a professional community focusing on Innovation management in corporations. The community's mission is to promote the profession of innovation management in organizations as a structured process. This is done through a learning community of innovation managers in the public and private sectors, cooperation between entities, knowledge sharing and case studies, familiarity with international methods, connection to the ecosystem in general and relevant start-ups in particular. CatalystIL has 5 "sister communities" operating as well under the Institute - smart transportation (EcoMotion), digital health (HealthIL), advanced agriculture (GrowingIL), climate technologies community (DeserTech) and climate change technologies (PLANETech).
