Smart Water Monitoring and Leakage Detection
Watersign is developing a technology for monitoring water systems online. Its technology is designed to detect leakages, bursts, and blockages and provide immediate alerts. The system can detect multiple users with a single sensor located at the system inlet (water meter or pressure sensor). Watersign's system is based on three main features: mechanical hydraulic devices ("markers") operated by the water's flow, which generate a unique signature at every outlet to identify each user; the water itself, which serves as the medium to transmit information from all markers simultaneously to the sensor located at the system's inlet; and a smart algorithm that differentiates between signals and identifies each user. Watersign is a subsidiary of TAVLIT.
