VisiMix has developed a simulation tool for the chemical-mixing process that allows chemical engineers to get a better understanding of the mixing process and to verify it quickly and easily. The VisiMix tool also closes the gaps between the scale-up process from lab to production and the scale-down from production to lab, with troubleshooting and suggestions for improvement. VisiMix products enable chemical engineers, process engineers, and R&D personnel to visualize mixing processes and calculate the most important parameters for single and two-phase systems. These parameters include power consumption, circulation rates, local concentrations of solutes and suspended particles, drop size, and concentrations of reactants in chemical reactors.
