TwoFold's technology enables customer service representatives to share various types of data (audio, video, files, forms, etc.) with customers during telephone conversations and then work through the data together in real time on touch devices and standard PCs. The customer and representativecan both perform changes to the shared data, and the customercan electronically sign documents. Like a pen-and-paper signature, these signatures are legally valid and binding.
