Harnessing Energy from Humidity Fluctuation
ThermoTerra developed a technology to harvest energy from changes in the relative humidity of the air. ThermoTerra captures this energy in order to heat and cool buildings, using Internet-of-Things sensors and AI algorithms. ThermoTerra SmartWall is an add-on to prefabricated walls in residential and commercial buildings. SmartWall creates personalized air conditioning with balanced temperature, humidity, and air quality, reducing heating and cooling costs. SmartWall can be integrated into many different construction methods and materials and fitted to different architectural requirements. It can also be retrofitted to existing buildings.
