Swaps Home is developing Swaps, a home exchange platform for travelers. Swaps offers a simple, affordable, and safe way for users to swap homes all over the world. Swaps has no annual membership fees or complicated point systems; Swappers simply pay a minimum amount, and only for the nights swapped.
In order to offer Swappers more options, the Swap Credit system allows users to set up one-way swaps as well, enabling them to stay at another Swappers home even if they havent yet found someone to stay at their home. The Swap Credit system allows hosts to offer their homes to other Swappers and accumulate free credits for their next trip.
In order to ensure that all Swappers, homes, and belongings remain safe, Swaps asks its users to set aside a security deposit before their trip to cover any possible property damage or cancellation fees. The entire sum of the deposit is returned to the user after the trip.
