About

Optical Wireless Communication Solutions

Supreme Architecture (SA) develops solutions for high-speed secure and safe wireless communications. SA's focus is on optical wireless communications (OWC) systems with an emphasis on LED-based visible and near-IR light communications. SA developed and patented a design for a miniaturized optical wireless receiver chip, called Ommatidia, which is a faceted array receiver, emulating the compound eye of a fly. SA is also working on other patentable and Ommatidia-compatible OWC components, with the goal of developing a series of compact and efficient OWC systems-on-chips, each tailored for a specific OWC application. Supreme Architecture is a founding member of the Light-Fidelity Consortium.
