Stands is a fast, easy-to-use app that blocks ads, popups, malware, and trackers. It also protects against multiple types of online tracking methods and prevents companies from profiling and selling users' information. The internet is free because it is supported by ads that continually compensate websites in exchange for their services and content. The Stands app allows part of that money to go to the causes that the user chooses to support. If users choose to allow certain ads through, Stands will take a portion of the money it receives from advertisers and use it to sponsor the websites its users visit as well as donate to a cause important to the user.
