Sol-Del Medical was founded for the development and production of a new innovative Medical PVA soluble delivery system.
Sol-Del is the first to produce a medical grade PVA (Polyvinyl Alcohol) for generic use, allowing insertion of any FDA cleared medicine for topical treatment, OTC creams, ointments or oils. Its advanced topical dressing comprised of multi-cell soluble Medical PVA film, that enables controlled release of an active agent to a skin portion upon contact with an aqueous fluid, such as perspiration, exudate or external applied water-based fluids.
