Decision Support Platform for Medical Cannabis
Quana is working in collaboration with the Hebrew University of Jerusalem to develop a technology to understand and innovate global cannabis consumption and data and to provide consumers and producers with immediate and personalized decision support for medical cannabis use.
Quana harnesses a special set of sensors, cloud-based big-data algorithms, and a mobile app to detect, analyze, and generate a unique olfactive fingerprint for each cannabis sample without harming the sample.
The company’s platform identifies and alerts users and producers to the presence of molds and pesticides while also personalizing cannabinoid consumption through the use of decision-making algorithms that match the most suitable cannabis product to the consumer’s needs.
