Mapping System for Renal Denervation Procedures
Pythagoras Medical is developing the ConfidenHT, a system designed to help perfect renal denervation procedures by identifying the exact location of nerves that play a direct role in blood pressure regulation. The ConfidenHT Catheter is a multi-electrode, over-the-wire catheter compatible with an 8F guiding catheter and 0.014-inch guide wire. The ConfidenHT mapping console features multichannel stimulation capabilities, and its proprietary algorithm uses multifactorial physiological marker analysis. In addition, the console provides visualization of the arterys mapping results and hot-spot locations on a 15-inch touchscreen display. In March 2018, the company announced that the ConfidenHT had received European CE marking. Pythagoras Medical is a portfolio company of Rainbow Medical.
