Profutech has developed a smart cooking machine that combines the capabilities of a freezer, pantry, stove, oven, steamer, and more. The machine can handle everything from ingredient storage to meal preparation, all in a fully automated manner, on demand, and without the need for human intervention.
Profutechs machine is able to cook up to four dishes at a time, including a combination of protein and carbs, and can also be used for vegetarian and vegan cooking. In addition, it allows for the storage of a wide range of ingredients and the remote selection and scheduling of dozens of types of meals via an app, all according to the users needs.
The Profutech machine combines many different technologies for freezing, heating, searing, stirring, and more. It includes a freezer section to keep food at the appropriate temperature over long periods of time and also has a dedicated area for heating based on induction technology.
The system uses capsules designed for cooking as well as serving, and features a double heat-insulation layer for safety. The capsules are made up of dual components designed to transfer the induction field in order to heat the contents.
