P2P Loan Platform
OurLend is a person-to-person (P2P) loan platform based on an algorithm that generates a rating for the loan applicant. According to certain criteria, the algorithm automatically chooses the best interest rate for both sides. The loan approval process is backed by a company that conducts a financial history examination of the loan applicant. On the basis of the results, it decides whether to approve or reject the loan offer. There is also a security fund, and a law firm closely accompanies the loan repayments in order to reduce delays in repayment. The platform targets the non-bank loan, P2P, mortgage, and vehicle markets. OurLend was founded with the support of Pipelbiz, an equity crowdfunding platform aimed at matching small businesses with investors.
