OnePass Medical develops a disposable platform for interventional endoscopy and bronchoscopy treatments.

The company’s first product, InstaFAN, is a biopsy device for collecting multiple tissue samples from different areas of a tumor in a single procedure, enhancing diagnostic accuracy and reducing time and repeat biopsies. The platform is particularly strong for endoscopy-ultrasound guided biopsies and bronchoscopies and has potential to expand into therapeutic applications, including multipronged drug delivery and ablation. It is the only endoscopic platform capable of delivering multiple needles/probes simultaneously, advancing both diagnostic and therapeutic capabilities.

OnePass has two ongoing strategic development collaborations with Mayo Clinic, both of which include licensing agreements. The first focuses on gastro-intestinal applications of the InstaFAN platform, where OnePass has demonstrated significant clinical efficacy through first-in-man experiences.
