Dry Lice Treatment
Novomic produces Novokid, a quick, easy, 100% natural dry treatment for lice and nits. Novokids patented technology vaporizes natural plant-based ingredients for treatment against lice and nits. The product is free from chemicals, pesticides, and silicon and is CE approved and certified by the MHRA and the Israeli Ministry of Health. In October 2016, Novomic merged with BreedIT to create a new company, TechCare, and had been operating as a wholly owned subsidiary of TechCare. In January 2020, TechCare entered into a share purchase agreement with Traistman Radziejewski Fundacja Ltd, which acquired 90% of Novomics issued and outstanding capital stock held by TechCare.
