Nirsham seeks toempower citizens by increasing the spread of capturing systems, so perpetrators assume they will be caught and prosecuted for their actions. Citizens downloading thefree application to their smartphone can photograph perpetrators of offensive acts on the road. A simple press of a button automatically sends these images to the appropriate authorities for prosecution. Nirsham is hopeful that mass deployment of its technology will serve as a deterrent, reducing car accidents and injuries and saving lives.
