New Phase, is at the forefront of breakthrough solutions in Oncology. New Phase’s Nanotechnology System is a novel solution designed to treat metastatic solid tumors through delivery of thermal energy to malignant cells, thereby causing cancer cell death via electromagnetic hyperthermia, without harming healthy tissues and without side effects.

New Phase technology can act as a stand-alone treatment, which aims to prolong the patient's life, with a chronic treatment which turn the disease to be manageable. The technology involves two primary components developed by New Phase: Sarah Nanoparticles (SaNPs) and an Electromagnetic Induction System (EIS).
The SaNPs are proprietary biocompatible nanoparticles containing multi core of super paramagnetic iron oxide.
They are administered intravenously to the patient and localized via the Enhanced Permeability and Retention (EPR) effect on cancer cells.
Following delivery and accumulation of the particles on malignant tissue, the patient undergoes regional body alternating magnetic field (AMF) application with the EIS at ~290 kHz.
The SaNPs are activated by absorbing the AMF energy, converting it to thermal energy and reaching the desired temperature of 50°C.
Cancer cells cannot survive at 50°C while healthy cells remain unharmed.
As a result, this process leads to the destruction of malignant cells without causing damage to healthy cells.
