About

Diabetes Monitoring Watch

NavonTech has developed the GlycemiaCare watch, a wrist wearable, web-connected technology that monitors multiple physiological parameters for early warning in case of nocturnal hypoglycemia. The GlycemiaCare watch monitors various physiological changes that occur in hypoglycemia, such as heart rate changes, breathing rate, skin humidity, skin temperature, muscle twitches, and skin conductivity. The device will wake up the wearer by a local alarm and vibration and, through Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and a dedicated app, can notify a predefined call list. Users can also subscribe to a medical response center. GlycemiaCare's algorithm was developed with machine-learning technology based on clinical trials. The use of many parameters in combination with a sophisticated algorithm minimizes the inconvenience of false alarms while increasing the detection rate.
