The MyPwr App enables scalable violence prevention instruction, enabling users to acquire critical skills directly from their smartphones. The lessons cover the core skills and principles taught in traditional Empowerment Self Defense (ESD) classes, and includes relevant topics, from consent and relationships, to bullying and bystander intervention. The app also includes an extensive library of instructional videos, a resource center, somatic grounding exercises, and a supportive virtual community.
