About

Personal Breastfeeding Monitor

MilkSense is a breastfeeding monitor that enables breastfeeding mothers to know the amount of milk their babies are ingesting. The monitor is safe, unobtrusive, and easy to use, and its ergonomic design was developed based on the needs of hundreds of women. The MilkSense device is placed on the breast for 10 seconds before and after breastfeeding to measure the electrical changes in the breast as a result of the depletion of milk. The results indicate the amount of milk, in milliliters, that the baby has sucked from each breast. Milksense has also developed the Bscale, a highly accurate personal baby scale that attaches directly to the infant car seat for fast, convenient measurements. When used in conjunction with the MilkSense monitor, the Bscale provides complete data and analysis of all feedings and tracks the babys growth rate.
